Because of BREXIT, we regret to inform you that ordering from a country

within the EU involves additional costs.

 

Unfortunately, the UK has no free trade agreement. This means that for every order entering the UK, a flat rate is being charged.

Also, additional costs are being calculated per HS-code, as of 5 codes. Bear in mind that every order may contain several HS-codes. When ordering different types of articles, the number of HS-codes may increase significantly.  

Furthermore, import duties may be charged at the border, as well as a 22% VAT (UK rate).

 

In case of extra (waiting) costs during transportation, for example when the aforementioned costs are not paid on time by the recipient, the recipient will be held responsible for any additional costs.  

 

Agreeing to the terms and conditions when placing an order also means agreeing to any kind of additional costs charged during transport.

Once the parcel (the recipient’s order) has left our warehouse, it is not possible anymore to cancel the order, refuse delivery and to avoid paying the costs incurred.

We send all our shipments via UPS standard service which usually takes 1-2 working days. If you place an order of £/€100 (excl. VAT) or more, delivery is FREE.

Orders under £/€100 (excl. VAT) cost you £6.99 / € 7.50 for UPS Access Point delivery.  

 

Please note that you if you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if you fail to collect your parcel from the access point within the appointed time,

both the shipping and return costs will be at your own expense. These costs will be deducted from the amount that is to be settled.

Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?

 

As of the afternoon of December 31st 2020, things are going to change at Beads Wholesale Online for our UK customers.

Now that Great Britain is leaving the EU, import and shipping costs will change.

Because the European shipping will change to International shipping we would like to remind you to buy cheaply now!

When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.

Orders placed from outside the EU are not VAT charged and may be subject to taxes and import duties. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.

We have no minimum order values, so you can buy as much or as little as you like.

 

 

No Hassle returns

 

We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your design.

So if the beads you’ve bought aren’t to your liking for any reason, we’ll refund them for you without a fuss. Simply ensure they’re unused and in original packaging.

Please return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 14 days. Please ensure that you ship them in a manner that will keep them from harm. When we receive the goods in good condition, we’ll credit it to your account for new orders.
