    We ask for company names to make sure we only deliver to corporate customers.
  • VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number
    We use your VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number to deliver to corporate customers only and to finish off your order.

For certain parts of our service you need to register first. After registration we keep the data provided by you, so you don’t have to repeatedly fill them in. Also to be able to contact you in terms of the execution of the agreement, billing, payment and to give an overview of products and services we have provided for you.

We will not transmit your username and linked data to third parties, unless absolutely necessary in terms execution of the agreement with you of when required by law. We deliver your package for instance with UPS and they need your address to deliver your order. We suggest you to read their privacy statement as well. Your personal data will not be transmitted outside the EU, unless your package needs to be delivered outside the EU. In that case UPS needs your personal date to deliver your package. In case of fraud or misuse of our website we could transfer your personal data to authorized authorities. When you are below the age of 16, someone with parental authority needs to authorize to make an account.

We also use Hotjar to optimize our service according to user feedback and we use Zendesk to answer your questions quickly via chat. We use Campaign Monitor to send newsletters and we use Feedback Company to collect reviews.
